The new XAT-Series redefines RF miniaturization with the industry’s smallest MMIC fixed attenuators. Housed in an ultra-compact 2-lead, 1×1 mm QFN package, these attenuators enable significant PCB space savings for next-generation high-density designs. Built on a robust GaAs semiconductor process, the XAT-Series features a bidirectional, fully absorptive architecture that delivers excellent passband flatness, typical 16 dB return loss, and consistent, repeatable performance from DC to 45 GHz. With up to 2W input power handling, the series provides the performance and reliability required for demanding RF applications. Ideal for test & measurement, satellite communications, radar, EW/ECM, telecom infrastructure, and 5G systems where size, performance, and reliability are critical.
