MMA-172135-M5 RF Amplifier by CML Microcircuits
The MMA-172135-M5 from CML Micro is a GaAs MMIC Power Amplifier (PA) that operates from 17 to 21 GHz. It is designed for microwave transmitters requiring high linearity and is optimized for operation at 12 dB output back-off from the P1dB condition. This PA delivers a saturated output power of 36 dBm (~4 W) with a gain of 27 dB and a gain flatness of ±1 dB. It has an IM3 level of -45 dBc and input/output return losses of 12 dB.
The MMA-172135-M5 requires a 6 V drain supply and draws 2 A of current. It is available in a 5 × 5 mm QFN package and is ideal for use in communication systems, microwave instrumentation, and point-to-point radio applications.
