5.3 – 5.9 GHz 50 Watt GaN Power Amplifier
Qorvo’s QPA2311 is a packaged power amplifier fabricated using Qorvo’s production 0.25 um GaN on SiC process (QGaN25). Operating from 5.3 – 5.9 GHz, the QPA2311 produces greater than 47 dBm of saturated output power with a 50% power-added efficiency and a large signal gain greater than 19 dB.
To simplify system integration, the QPA2311 is fully matched to 50 ohms with DC grounded I/O ports for optimal ESD performance.
The QPA2311 is ideal for supporting communications and radar applications in both commercial and military markets.
The QPA2311 is 100% DC and RF tested to ensure compliance to electrical specifications.
Lead-free and RoHS compliant.
