ZMIQ-143H-S+ RF Mixer by Mini-Circuits
The ZMIQ-143H-S+ from Mini-Circuits is a passive coaxial IQ mixer with an RF/LO frequency range from 5 to 14 GHz and an IF frequency range from DC to 3 GHz (operational up to 7 GHz). It has an LO drive of 18 dBm and has a conversion loss of less than 11.5 dB. It provides an LO-RF isolation of 40 dB, an LO-I isolation of 45 dB and an LO-Q isolation of 45 dB. It is built using Mini-Circuits’ proprietary GaAs HBT device (SMIQ-5143H+).
This RoHS compliant mixer provides a typical image rejection of 28 dBc and SSB rejection of 30 dBc. It has an amplitude balance of less than 1.5 dB and a phase balance of less than 12.5 degrees. It is available in a UK3584 case style that measures 15.34 x 15.09 x 8.89 mm and has SMA (female) connectors. It is ideal for test and measurement equipment, backhaul radio, SATCOM, Radar, EW, and ECM defence system applications.
