COHKI-3002+ RF Crossover by Mini-Circuits
The COHKI-3002+ from Mini-Circuits is an LTCC RF Crossover that operates from DC to 30 GHz. It is designed to route RF transmission lines without requiring additional PCB layers for compact, high-density RF front-end designs. This 50-ohm RF crossover has an insertion loss of 1.1 dB and an isolation of 45 dB. It can handle an RF input power of 1 W and has a return loss of more than 8 dB.
The COHKI-3002+ is available in an SMT package measuring 4.95 × 3.65 mm and has RF input and output pads for surface-mount integration. This RoHS-compliant RF crossover is ideal for use in test and measurement equipment, X-, Ku-, and Ka-band radar systems, SATCOM payloads, cellular small cells, and massive MIMO radios.
