The TNXXXY-100W series of RF Terminations from API Inmet operate from DC to 6 GHz and can handle up to 100 watts of average power and 1,000 Watts of Peak Power. The 50 ohm terminations have a VSWR of below 1.40:1 and can operate in a wide temperature range from -55 to 125 degrees C. They are available in a module with N-type Male or Female connectors.
