The CMD283 is a broadband MMIC low noise amplifier that operates from 2 to 6 GHz (S, C – Band). The device delivers 27 dB of gain with a corresponding noise figure of 0.6 dB at 4 GHz and saturated output power of 18 dBm. It is ideally suited for EW and communications systems where small size and low power consumption are needed. The CMD283 is a 50 ohm matched design which eliminates the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching. It is available as a die.
