TOBY-L200 Cellular Module by u-blox AG

The TOBY-L200 from u-blox AG is an LTE/HSPA+/GSM Cellular Module that supports LTE (Cat 4) bands such as B2, B4, B5, B7, and B17. It has an uplink data rate of 50 Mbit/s and a downlink data rate of 150 Mbit/s. The module supports 2×2 MIMO technology and GSM Quad-band operation. It requires a DC supply of 3.4-4.5 V and can be controlled via UART, USB, DDC, SDIO, and GPIO interfaces. The module supports FOTA updates and has an embedded TLS 1.2 feature. It measures 24.8 x 35.6 x 2.6 mm and is ideal for wearables and automotive applications.
