CCAAW Fixed Attenuator by API Technologies

The CCAAW Series from API Technologies is a Cryogenic Attenuators that operates from DC to 18 GHz. It is available in attenuation levels from 0 to 20 dB with an attenuation accuracy of better than ±1 dB. The attenuator can handle up to 4 W of power and has a VSWR of less than 1.5:1. It is available in a chip-scale package that measures 1.91 x 1.52 x 0.25 mm with Alumina substrate and gold wire bondable terminals. This cryogenic attenuator can operate at temperatures as low as 4°mKelvin and up to 150°C.
