E-DLNA-7590 RF Amplifier by Arralis
The E-DLNA-7590 from Arralis is a Dual Circuit GaAs PHEMT MMIC Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 75 to 90 GHz. It provides 2 channels with up to 18.5 dB gain and has a noise figure of 4.5 dB. This amplifier requires a DC supply of 2.5 V and consumes 30 mA of current. It is compatible with precision die attach methods as well as thermo-compression and thermosonic wire bonding. This LNA is ideal for use in millimeter-wave imaging, high-resolution radar, sensing, P2P communications, short-haul/high capacity/low interference links, medical, automotive radar, MCM and hybrid microcircuit applications.
