E-SP8T-7681 RF Switch by Arralis

The E-SP8T-7681 from Arralis is an SP8T Schottky Diode Switch that operates in the E-Band from 76 to 81 GHz. It has an insertion loss of 4.5 dB and provides more than 20 dB of isolation. This switch uses a unique matching circuitry to provide an excellent match to 50 ohms even when the branch arm is open, which allows ease of integration into complex multipath systems. It has gold-plated backside and bond-pads and supports conventional die attach methods, thermo-compression, and thermo-sonic wire bonding. The switch is available as a die that measures 3.38 x 4.20 mm and is ideal for MCM, millimeter-wave imaging, high-resolution radars, automotive radars, sensing, P2P communications, short haul/high capacity/low interference links, medical, and micro-circuit applications.
