KKa-LNA-1929 RF Amplifier by Arralis

The KKa-LNA-1929 from Arralis is a 3-Stage Low Noise Amplifier MMIC that operates from 17 to 20.5 GHz (K-band) and 27 to 31 GHz (Ka-band). It provides a stable gain of 20 dB with a noise figure of 2.5 dB. The LNA requires a DC supply from 4 to 6 V, consumes less than 132 mA of current, and incorporates a self-biased configuration to provide enhanced temperature stability with no need for a negative supply voltage. It is available as a die that measures 4.38 x 2.00 x 0.10 mm and is suitable for high-speed data communications. space communications, IoT, and security applications.

The LNA is fully passivated for additional protection and has gold plated bond pads and a backside. It is compatible with precision die attach methods, as well as thermo-compression and thermosonic wire bonding, making it ideal for MCM and hybrid microcircuit applications.
