TS06 Series Fixed Attenuator by Smiths Interconnect
The TS06 Series from Smiths Interconnect are Chip Attenuators that operate from DC to 20 GHz. They are available in attenuation values from 0 to 12 dB (in 1 dB increments), 15 dB, and 20 dB with an attenuation accuracy of ±1.00 dB. These attenuators can handle a CW input power of up to 3 W and have a temperature coefficient of attenuation of ±200 ppm/°C. They are constructed on an Alumina substrate with rugged thin film terminations and passivated Tantalum Nitride resistive elements.
The TS06 Series attenuators include a protective coating to ensure protection against various environmental conditions and have an operating temperature range from -55°C to +150°C. They are available in surface-mount packages with tape and reel and are ideal for amplifier circuits, transmit/receive modules, up/down converters, instrumentation, satellite communications, radar, and broadcast applications.
