The HLM-8011 from Marki Microwave is a GaAs Schottky Diode Signal Limiter that operates from DC to 30 GHz. It can handle an average input power of up to 1 W (~30 dBm), a peak input power of 4.5 W, and an insertion loss of less than 2.5 dB (connectorized option). This limiter offers superior performance from DC through Ka-band and has a low flat leakage for protecting sensitive components and other applications that require high linearity. It is available either as a wire-bondable die or connectorized module that measures 0.050 x 0.046 inches (die) and 0.560 x 0.520 inches (module).
