The ESB-1SP4T-A673 from Mini-Circuits is an SP4T Solid-State Switch Module that operates from 0.1 to 67 GHz. It can be controlled via a USB interface and provides daisy-chain control of up to 25 modules. The switch has a switching time of 2 ms and provides an isolation of up to 55 dB. It has an insertion loss of less than 13.5 dB, a minimum dwell time of 20 μs, and a transition time of 600 ns. The switch requires a DC supply of 5 V (via USB) and consumes 80 mA of current.  It has a user-friendly GUI application for Windows and a full API with programming instructions for Windows and Linux environments (both 32-bit and 64-bit systems).

The ESB-1SP4T-A673 is available in a low-profile module that measures 5.224 x 0.984 x 0.866 inches with 1.85 mm (F) RF connectors. It is ideal for RF and millimeter wave signal routing/switch matrices, satellite communications up to V-band, military radio, radar and electronic warfare, microwave radio/cellular infrastructure, and test and measurement systems applications.
