AQ20 Cellular Module by Cavli Wireless
The AQ20 from Cavli Wireless is an Automotive-Grade LTE Cat 4 Module for IoT and M2M applications. It has built-in support for multi-constellation GNSS with Qualcomm IZat location technology for precise and dependable positioning. This module supports VoLTE and SMS over IMS/SG/CS and a wide set of Internet protocols. It is available in two variants: the AQ20-EA for the Europe and Asia markets and the AQ20-NA for the North American market. This module has an option for integrated eSIM powered by the Cavli Hubble platform that provides global connectivity. It supports 3GPP Rel-10 standard with 2G fallback and delivers a downlink data rate of 150 Mbps and an uplink data rate of 50 Mbps.
The AQ20 can be controlled via multiple interfaces such as USB 2.0, UART, SDIO 3.0, etc. It is available in an LGA package that measures 33.0 x 37.5 x 2.8 mm and is ideal for applications that involve automotive-specific use cases such as smart TCU, connected OBD solutions, and fleet management.
