Opti-Cap RF Capacitor by Knowles
The Opti-Cap® Series from Knowles Precision Devices are Blocking Capacitors with capacitance values from 1.5 to 220 nF. They provide resonance-free DC blocking at frequencies of more than 40 GHz and have a voltage rating of up to 50 V. These capacitors deliver reliable, ultra-low loss operation across various applications including test equipment, fiber optic modules, and broadband microwave/millimeter systems. They can be surface-mounted by solder or epoxy bonding, eliminating wire bonding. The capacitors are suitable for test equipment, photonics, SONET, TOSA/ROSA, high-speed data, broadband microwave/millimeter wave and trans-impedance amplifier applications. They are available in packages that measure 0.058 x 0.020 x 0.020 inches and have an operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C.
