Mini-Circuits New Model Alert: Active X3 Multiplier Delivers 18 to 36 GHz
18 GHz TO 36 GHz, X3 Active Multiplier, Built In-House with Mini-Circuits MMICs
Mini-Circuits’ ZXF90A-3-34X+ is a wideband active frequency multiplier, converting input frequencies of 6 to 12 GHz into output frequencies of 18 to 36 GHz. This wide output range makes it suitable for broadband systems, as well as a large number of narrow-band applications. The ZXF90A-3-34X+ uses Mini-Circuits’ own ultra-low phase noise GaAs HBT LVA-273PN-D+ MMIC amplifier to drive a Mini-Circuits GaAs HBT CY3-453-D+ frequency tripler. Mini-Circuits’ integrated reflectionless filters, the XLF-962-DG+ and the XHF-1832-DG+, suppress the fundamental, 2nd, and 4th harmonics. Excellent spectral purity makes the ZXF90A-3-34X+ a reliable choice for applications such as 5G MIMO, satellite communications, test instrumentation, and EW.
