7ANT300-25 Termination by Inmet by Spectrum Control

The 7ANT300-25 Series from Inmet by Spectrum Control are RF Terminations that operate from DC to 7 GHz. They can handle an input power of 25 W and have a VSWR of less than 1.35:1. These 50 and 100-ohm terminations consist of a proprietary thin film resistor material and are manufactured on an Aluminum Nitride (AlN) substrate. They are mounted on a heat sink for better thermal management.

The 7ANT300-25 series are available in surface-mount packages and can operate a temperature range of -55 to 150 °C. These terminations support tabbed contacts and can be used in isolators, attenuators, and power dividers, with customization options for different application requirements.
