AXIOM75SHM OCXO by AXTAL
The AXIOM75SHM from AXTAL is a Space COTS Oven-Controlled Crystal Oscillator (OCXO) that operates from 130 to 400 MHz. It provides a sinewave output waveforms with a phase noise of -150 dBc/Hz (at 1 kHz offset) and a frequency stability of ±50 ppb (vs. temperature). This space-qualified OCXO is manufactured according to MIL-PRF-55310 Level S requirements for high reliability and can withstand a total ionizing dose of 40 krad (Si). It offers high-frequency stability and ensures very low aging at a low cost. This ITAR-free OCXO requires a DC supply of 12 V and consumes less than 150 mA of current (steady-state). It is available in a hermetically-sealed through-hole package that measures 25.8 x 25.8 x 12.7 mm and is ideal for LEO and MEO applications.
