KACH375-375AZ-1000J Termination by Inmet by Spectrum Control
The KACH375-375AZ-1000J from Spectrum Control is a Power-Film Chip Termination that operates from DC to 3 GHz. This termination can handle an average input power of 150 W and has a VSWR of less than 1.10:1. It has an AlN substrate and a thick film resistive element. Direct mounting of this termination to the PCB board eliminates the need for expensive mounting flanges and input tabs.
