Mini-Circuits New Model Alert: Positive Gain Slope MMIC LNA Covers 6 to 26.5 GHz
6 GHz TO 26.5 GHz, Positive Gain Slope LNA, Wideband & High Gain with Low DC Current
The PMA4-6263LN+ is a low-noise MMIC amplifier that exhibits positive gain slope over a multi-octave bandwidth from 6 to 26.5 GHz. This LNA is an excellent choice to compensate for system gain roll-off in sensitive wideband receiver systems. It operates on a +4 VDC supply with just 52.5 mA of current and achieves 24.6 dB gain, +22.8 dBm OIP3 and a low NF of 2.5 dB. Utilizing a compact 4 x 4 mm, 24-Lead QFN-style package enables the PMA4-6263LN+ to optimize board space in high-volume SMT assembly.
Key Features:
- Wideband, 6 to 26.5 GHz
- Low Noise Figure, 2.5 dB
- Positive gain slope, 20.3 dB @ 6 GHz, 24.9 dB @ 26.5 GHz
- Low Power Consumption, +4 V @ 52.5 mA
- OIP3 of +22.8 dBm
