AXLE7050S-PB TCXO by AXTAL
The AXLE7050S-PB from AXTAL is a TCXO that operates from 10 to 50 MHz. It produces a clipped sine wave output with a phase noise of less than -160 dBc/Hz or an LVCMOS output with a phase noise of less than -158 dBc/Hz. This TCXO utilizes an AT-cut synthetic HiQ Quartz crystal and is manufactured according to MIL-PRF-55310 Level “S” specification. This TCXO is radiation-hardened to withstand absorbed radiation up to 40 krad & has SEL immunity of more than 90 MeV. It has a frequency stability of up to ± 1ppm versus an operating temperature range of -40 to +85 °C.
The AXLE7050S-PB requires a DC supply of 3.3 V and consumes less than 8 mA of current. This TCXO is available in a hermetically sealed ceramic package that measures 7 x 5 x 1.75 mm and is ideal for LEO, MEO, and other space applications.
