SMIQ-1844H+ RF Mixer by Mini Circuits

The SMIQ-1844H+ from Mini-Circuits is an MMIC In-phase/Quadrature (IQ) Mixer that operates from 18 to 40 GHz. It covers an IF frequency range of DC to 7 GHz and has an LO power of +18 dBm (at an LO frequency of 18-40 GHz). This mixer has an image rejection of up to 31 dBc for receiver applications and a sideband rejection of up to 26 dBc for transmit applications. It has an isolation of up to 38 dB (LO-RF), 42 dB (LO-IF), and 29 dB (RF-IF). This mixer can handle an input P1dB of +10 dBm and can be used as an image reject mixer & SSB converter. It is fabricated using GaAs HBT technology and offers a lower noise figure than active mixers, enabling exceptional dynamic range for high-performance applications.

The SMIQ-1844H+ has an amplitude unbalance of up to ±0.3 dB and a phase unbalance of up to 3 degrees. It is available in a QFN package that measures 4 x 4 x 1 mm. This IQ mixer is ideal for test & measurement Equipment, 5G mmWave & backhaul radio, satellite communications, radar, EW, and ECM defense systems applications.
