AVA-223MP+ RF Amplifier by Mini Circuits
The AVA-223MP+ from Mini-Circuits is a GaAs Power Amplifier (PA) MMIC that operates from 100 kHz to 22 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 29.3 dBm (~0.85 W) with a gain of up to 14.9 dB. This PA is fabricated on a GaAs pHEMT process that delivers high output power and broadband gain.
