Mini-Circuits’ new HPCJ-series of high-power directional couplers is capable of handling up to 50W RF input power in a tiny SMT form factor (0.125 x 0.2”). Mini-Circuits’ first catalog releases cover the 3300 to 4000 MHz band with 20 and 30 dB coupling values and exceptionally low mainline loss (≤0.11 dB). These novel ceramic couplers are rated for operating temperatures from -55 to +125˚C and provide outstanding performance and repeatability for a fraction of the cost of other technologies with comparable performance.
