HPCJ-20-43+ Directional Coupler by Mini-Circuits

The HPCJ-20-43+ from Mini-Circuits is an LTCC Directional Coupler that operates from 3.3 to 4 GHz. This 20 dB coupler has a mainline loss of less than 0.15 dB and directivity of 30 dB. It can handle an input power of up to 50 W and has a return loss of up to 24 dB. This directional coupler is available in an SMT package that measures 0.125 x 0.2 x 0.047 inches, saving space in dense PCB layouts. It is ideal for microwave backhaul radio systems, radar systems, SATCOM and 5G n78 band wireless infrastructure applications.
