The PLO3G10MIHU from Lotus Communication Systems is a Phase-Locked Oscillator (PLO) that operates from 1.5 to 3 GHz. It provides an output power of +17 dBm. This PLO has spurious levels of -80 dBc, harmonics of better than -20 dBc, and a phase noise of -95 dBc/Hz (at 10 kHz offset). It has an internal 10 MHz TCXO as a reference oscillator with a frequency stability of 0.28 ppm. This PLO requires a DC supply of +5 V and consumes 190 mA of current.

The output frequency of this PLO can be fine-tuned through a USB-C virtual communication port using a standard serial communication protocol.
