8401E Butler Matrix by Weinschel by Spectrum Control

The 8401E from Weinschel by Spectrum Control is a 4×4 Butler Matrix that operates from 2.4 to 7.25 GHz. It is designed to deliver maximum power with progressive phase shift to the output in the transmitting mode, and collect signals from all beam directions with full gain of antenna array in the receiving mode. This modular Butler matrix can handle an input power of 37 dBm (~5 W), has an insertion loss of less than 11 dB, and a VSWR of up to 2.0:1. This Butler matrix provides an isolation of more than 11 dB and has a phase balance of ±15°.

The 8401E is available in a compact module that measures 86.36 x 62.74 x 15.24 mm and has SMA (female) connectors. This butler matrix is ideal for Wi-Fi, WiMAX, 4G/5G testing, link simulation, RF MIMO test for 5G, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth, multipath simulation and performance evaluation, interferometer system simulation and testing, and antenna array beamforming applications.
