8 GHz to 24 GHz, Wideband pHEMT LNA, Low Noise & Power Consumption Over 3 Full Octaves

Mini-Circuits’ new PMA4-8243LN+ is a GaAs pHEMT MMIC low noise amplifier covering three full octaves of operating bandwidth from 8 to 24 GHz. This model provides a unique combination of low noise, high gain and solid OIP3 performance, making it a versatile option to improve system performance in a variety of wideband applications like backhaul radio, satcom, radar and more. The amplifier comes self-biased in a 24-lead 4x4mm QFN-style package and operates on a +5V DC supply with only 72 mA typical current consumption, perfect for dense systems with tight thermal and power management requirements.
