BAT-30+ Fixed Attenuator by Mini-Circuits
The BAT-30+ from Mini-Circuits is an MMIC Fixed Attenuator that operates from DC to 60 GHz. It provides 30 dB of attenuation and can handle an input power of 0.9 W with a return loss of 21 dB. This bi-directional attenuator is fabricated using a highly reliable and repeatable GaAs semiconductor process. It is available in a 6-Lead QFN package that measures 1.5 x 1.5 mm. The MMIC attenuator is ideal for test & measurement equipment, SATCOM, Radar, EW, telecom infrastructure, and 5G sub-6 GHz applications.
