PMA4-8243LN+ RF Amplifier by Mini-Circuits
The PMA4-8243LN+ from Mini-Circuits is a MMIC Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) that operates from 8 to 24 GHz. It delivers a gain of up to 24.2 dB with a noise figure of less than 2.3 dB and an output P1dB of up to +12.3 dBm. This LNA is based on a PHEMT process and is well-matched to 50 Ω. It provides an isolation of 66 dB and a return loss of less than 16 dB (input) & less than 25 dB (output).
The PMA4-8243LN+ is self-biased and requires a DC supply of +5 V while consuming less than 360 mW of power. This MMIC amplifier is available in a QFN package that measures 4 x 4 mm. It is ideal for backhaul radio systems, satellite communication, test & Measurement equipment, radar, EW, and ECM defence system applications.
