WVA-71863HP+ RF Amplifier by Mini-Circuits
The WVA-71863HP+ from Mini-Circuits is a Power Amplifier that operates from 71 to 86 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 24.5 dBm (0.28 W) with a gain of 39 dB and a gain flatness of ±1.5 dB. This amplifier incorporates several DC-protection features such as over-voltage, reverse voltage, and in-rush current protection to protect from damage in case of unexpected spikes in voltage during operation. It requires a DC supply from 10 to 15 V and consumes less than 1 A of current. This amplifier has internal DC-DC conversion circuitry which maintains constant efficiency over the full input voltage range and allows the amplifier to be protected from external mishandling or unexpected spikes in voltage.
The WVA-71863HP+ is available in a module that measures 48.99 × 42.06 × 24.48 mm with WR12 waveguide input and output interface. It is ideal for use in aerospace/defense systems, automotive radar testing, test and measurement, imaging, and wireless backhaul testing in the E-Band.
