MM1-0222HSM RF Mixer by Marki Microwave
The MM1-0222HSM from Marki Microwave is a GaAs MMIC Double-Balanced Mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 2 to 22 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 3.5 GHz. It has a low conversion loss of 7.5 dB and high LO to RF isolation of 50 dB at low LO powers. This GaAs MMIC mixer features excellent conversion loss, superior isolations, and spurious performance across a broad bandwidth. It works well as an up and down converter for Ku band applications. The mixer is available in a 3 x 3 mm QFN package and is ideal for moderate power applications such as Test and Measurement equipment, SATCOM, Radar and Electronic Warfare.
