QT7860 RF Transceiver by onsemi
The QT7860 from ON Semiconductors is a Wi-Fi 6 Transceiver that operates from 5 to 7 GHz. This transceiver can support an 8Tx/8Rx chain for 8 x 8 MIMO or then as two independent 4×4 MIMO chains. It can support bandwidths of 20/40/80/160 MHz in both 4×4 and 8×8 modes. This transceiver has integrated baluns for the Tx Outputs and Rx Inputs. It also has integrated LNAs.
The QT7860 is a great Wi-Fi 6E solution for carriers and service providers of CPE and next-gen Wi-Fi access points and gateways applications. It allows enhanced performance and reliability for the delivery of mission-critical services over Wi−Fi with data rates as high as 10 Gbps.
