WTVA RF Variable Attenuator by Smiths Interconnect

The WTVA Series from Smiths Interconnect are Temperature Variable Chip Attenuators that operate from DC to 20 GHz. They are available in attenuation values from 2 to 7 dB with 1 dB increments and an accuracy of ± 0.5 dB. The attenuators have a Temperature Coefficient of Attenuation (TCA) from -0.003 to -0.007 dB/dB/°C. They can handle an average input power of 200 mW and have a VSWR of less than 1.70:1. These TVAs are highly reliable passive solutions for over-temperature gain compensation. These rugged, MIL-PRF-55342 certified attenuators are available as a chip package and are suitable for use in power amplifiers, instrumentation, mobile networks, point-to-point radios, satellite communications, military radios, and up/down converters. They have an operating temperature range from -55 to +150 °C.
