Mini-Circuits New Model Alert: Wideband Amplifier with Positive Gain Slope

0.5 TO 18 GHz, Ultra-Wideband Amplifier, 3 dB Positive Gain Slope Compensates for Roll-Off

Mini-Circuits’ ZX60-R5183P+ positive gain slope amplifier is a perfect gain block for wideband systems where losses inevitably increase with frequency. This model operates over the 0.5 to 18 GHz frequency range, exhibiting low noise figure and high dynamic range in conjunction with a 3 dB positive gain slope. With just a single +5V bias voltage, and in a compact, rugged housing (0.74 x 0.75 x 0.46″), this LNA is suitable for tough receive-side applications such as broadband defense EW. The wide temperature range, high RF input power and low DC power consumption make this an ideal device to integrate into connectorized phased array antenna system or transmit-receive module.

Key Features:

  • 6 to 9 dB Gain Range
  • Low Noise Figure, 4.5 dB
  • +10 dBm P1dB
  • +20 dBm IP3
  • High Input Power Handling
    (+13 dBm Continuous, +22 dBm 5 Minutes)
