PSA2-6+ RF Amplifier by Mini Circuits

The PSA2-6+ from Mini-Circuits is a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) that operates from DC to 7 GHz. It provides a gain of up to 22.2 dB with a noise figure of less than 3.2 dB and has a P1dB of 5.6 dBm. This amplifier is fabricated using GaAs HBT technology and is ideal for use in 5G MIMO, radar systems, broadband test and measurement equipment. It requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes 15 mA of current. This LNA is available in a surface-mount 6-lead SOT-363 package that measures 1.85 x 2.00 mm and saves space in dense layouts while providing low inductance, repeatable transitions, and excellent thermal contact to the PCB.
