MTX2-133+ Balun by Mini Circuits
The MTX2-133+ from Mini-Circuits is an RF Balun MMIC that operates from 1.5 to 13 GHz. It has an impedance ratio of 1:2 and provides outstanding repeatability with low insertion loss, low amplitude unbalance, low phase unbalance, and excellent common mode rejection. This 50-ohm balun can handle an input power of up to 2 W, has an insertion loss of less than 6.4 dB and a common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 37 dB. It has an amplitude unbalance of ±1.3 dB and a phase unbalance of ±10°. This balun is available in a QFN package that measures 4 x 3 mm and is ideal for use in 5G MIMO and backhaul radio systems, test and measurement equipment, Radar, EW, ECM defense systems and signal distribution networks.
