PPA20-12 Fixed Attenuator by Spectrum Control
The PPA20-12 from Spectrum Control is a Power-Film Flange Attenuator that operates from DC to 4 GHz. It provides 12 dB of attenuation with an accuracy of ±0.5 to ±3 dB. This 50-Ohm attenuator can handle an input power of up to 20 W and has a VSWR of less than 1.50:1. It has a Beryllium Oxide (BeO) substrate, an Alumina Ceramic cover, a proprietary thin-film resistor material, and a Gold-plated Beryllium Copper tab.
The PPA20-12 is available in a flange-mount package that measures 0.250 x 0.515 x 0.105 inches. It is ideal for use in high-power amplifiers and as terminating attenuators in isolators where lower-level signal sampling is required.
