CQS315 Cellular Module by Cavli Wireless

The CQS315 (C-Series) from Cavli Wireless are LTE Cat 4 Modules with 2G fallback that are designed to meet a broad range of IoT application requirements. They comply with 3GPP Release 10 standards and are based on Octa-core Kryo 260 CPU and an Adreno 610 GPU, thereby offering enhanced graphics performance, efficient power usage, and high-quality imaging. These modules also consist of up to 64 GB flash memory and 4 GB RAM. They support secondary wireless protocols such as WLAN (802.11a/b/g/n/ac) and Bluetooth LE 5.0.

On the LTE Cat 4 mode, these modules deliver a data rate of 150 Mbps (DL) and 50 Mbps (UL), while on the GSM mode, they deliver a data rate of 236.8 kbps (DL and UL). The CQS315 also provide multi-constellation GNSS support, including GPS, BDS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, and SBAS. These modules also have an optional eSIM functionality that offers global connectivity through the Cavli Hubble platform. They are equipped with USB 3.1/2.0, UART, ADC, SPI, and GPIO interfaces for control on Android/Linux OS and have a built-in MIPI DSI interface to achieve full HD resolution.

The CQS315 has an integrated LCD touchscreen interface for easy configuration. They require a DC supply from 3.5 to 4.4 V. These modules are available in LCC + LGA packages that measure 40.5 x 40.5 mm. They are ideal for manufacturing, smart homes, smart cities, energy, utilities, safety and security, automotive, retail, and logistics applications.
