0.01 GHz TO 10 GHz, MMIC PA’s up to 2W, Wide Bandwidth & High Linearity
Mini-Circuits’ new PMA5-series MMIC power amplifiers afford designers both high dynamic range and significant headroom for high PAPR signals up to 10 GHz. All models provide upwards of 12 dB gain and come in compact 5 x 5 mm QFN-style packages or bare die form, accommodating dense board layouts and demanding SWaP targets. Ideally suited for wideband test instrumentation, commercial and defense applications, the PMA5 series achieves medium output power while maintaining outstanding linearity.
