The QPA2628 is a low noise amplifier from Qorvo that operates from 22 to 32 GHz. This amplifier is ideal for 28 GHz 5G applications, Satellite communications and point to point communications. It provides a small signal gain of 23 dB with a noise figure of 1.6 dB and P1dB of 19 dBm. The LNA is available in a compact 4 x 4 mm QFN package and is matched to 50 ohms with integrated DC blocking caps on both I/O ports for easy handling and simple system integration.
