The MM5120 from Menlo Micro is a SP4T MEMS Based Digital-Micro-Switch that operates from DC to 12 GHz. It provides ultra-low insertion loss and superior linearity from DC to 12 GHz, with greater than 3 billion switching cycles guaranteed at elevated temperatures of +85ºC. This switch can handle an average CW power of up to 25 W and a pulsed power of up to 150 W. It is an ideal solution for replacing large RF electromechanical relays, as well as RF/microwave solid-state switches where linearity and insertion loss are critical parameters. The MM5120 is available in a 4 x 4 mm, 28 lead LGA package and is ideal for defense, aerospace, wireless infra, test and measurement applications.
