The MM1-0832L/H double-balanced GaAs MMIC mixer from Marki Microwave is a great solution for X through Ka bands with full coverage for traditional SATCOM uplink and downlink applications. RF/LO frequency ranges are 8 to 32 GHz with a wide IF range of DC to 12 GHz. The high linearity MM1-0832H provides +25dBm IIP3 with an LO of +15dBm, while the MM1-0832L offers a low drive option requiring just +7dBm LO. Both versions of the MM1-0832 feature exceptional spurious suppression and port to port isolations to support demanding frequency plans. MM1-0832L and MM1-0832H are available as bare die and connectorized modules.
