The MT3L-0113H from Marki Microwave is a GaAs triple balanced MMIC mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 1.5 to 13 GHz and IF frequency from 0.25 to 5 GHz. The mixer has a conversion loss of 8.5 dB, isolation of 43 dB and a high dynamic range. The high isolation and spur suppression make this mixer ideal for high performance radar, radio and test applications.
The MT3L-0113H is available as both a wire bondable die and a connectorized module. Customers can also contact Marki Microwave to check on availibility of this mixer in a QFN package.
