The QPB8958 is a GaAs pHEMT/MESFET 75-ohm push-pull RF amplifier IC that provides over 34 dB of flat gain at 1003 MHz. This IC is designed to support DOCSIS 3.1 applications and uses a single 24 V supply. The amplifier provides low noise and low distortion at high efficiency consuming only 5.8 W of input power. It is available in a 5.0 x 7.0 QFN package and is ideally suited for CATV hybrid modules, 75-Ohm amplifiers and head end CMTS equipment applications.
