CMD297 Analog Phase Shifter by Custom MMIC

The CMD297 from Custom MMIC is an analog phase shifter die that operates from 5 to 18 GHz. The phase shifter has a single positive control voltage from 0V to +10V for controlling the relative phase shift over a 550 degree range at 7 GHz and a 240 degree range at 12 GHz. It has consistent insertion loss versus phase shift and the phase shift is monotonic with respect to control voltage. The phase shifter is matched to 50 ohms which eliminates the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching.
