The MMIQ-0106HCSM from Marki Microwave is a Passive GaAs MMIC IQ Mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 1.5 to 5.5 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 3 GHz. It has a conversion loss of less than 14 dB, a noise figure of 11 dB and provides 33 dBc of image rejection.
