AMM-7473PSM RF Amplifier by Marki Microwave
The AMM-7473PSM from Marki Microwave is a highly linear RF amplifier that operates from 0.4 to 27 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 25 dBm with a small signal gain of 17 dB. This amplifier was developed to drive H/S Series Diode mixers from Marki Microwave. However, can also be used as a general purpose broadband linear amplifier. This amplifier integrates an internal choke inductor which eliminates the need for an external bias tee. It requires a DC supply of 7 V and consumes 150 mA of current. The amplifier is available in a surface-mount QFN package that measures 4 x 4 mm and is ideal for mobile test and measurement equipment, radar and satellite communications.
